RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.

Please note: the following are excluded from returns/refunds:
Worn, soiled, and washed clothing/shoes.

inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the sample revocation form below for this, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation:

If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. We will bear the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
