Order your usual size: With width 12, you’ll automatically have more room in the forefoot. There’s no need to buy the shoes a size larger.
Try them on with work socks: Try the shoes on straight away with the socks or insoles you actually wear at work.
Allow space between your toes and the toe cap: leaving a gap of about a thumb’s width in front of your toes prevents you from painfully bumping into the toe cap when walking or kneeling.
