Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

Please note: the following are excluded from returns/refunds:
Worn, soiled and washed clothing/footwear.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://ism-store.com/apps/returns/withdrawals via the footer. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), containing information about the content of the withdrawal notice and the date and time of its receipt. 

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We shall bear the cost of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Special instructions

If you finance this contract through a loan and subsequently withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation with regard to the financing. If the loan has already been paid to us when the withdrawal takes effect, your lender shall assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign currencies or derivatives).

If you wish to avoid contractual obligations as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in respect of that agreement.

Return labels 

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, free return labels will be provided for your return. If you use these return labels, the return will be free of charge for you. The return label will be provided to you by email. A link for retrieving the return label will be provided. You may drop off the return at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany or Austria.
