Cookies cannot execute programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the internet offering overall more user-friendly and effective.
(3) Use of cookies:
a) This website uses different types of cookies, provided they are absolutely necessary for delivering the service. These include:
- Transient cookies (see b).
- Persistent cookies (see c).
b) Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. This especially includes session cookies. Session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.
c) Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which can vary depending on the cookie. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser's security settings. Persistent cookies are used to save settings you have made. For example, your settings explained via the cookie banner are also stored using a persistent cookie. In general, we use persistent cookies to save the settings you make on this website. Such cookies generally have an expiration date, after which they are deleted.
d) Our cookies are assigned different storage durations. Basically, they are only retained as long as necessary to provide our services.
e) You can configure your browser settings according to your wishes and, for example, reject the acceptance of third-party cookies or all cookies. We point out that you may not be able to use all functions of this website.
f) In addition to the cookies we need for the operation of the site and to provide our services, we would like to collect additional data to improve the usage offer of our site and to display content tailored to your needs. For this, your consent – which you can of course revoke at any time – is required.
Which procedures these are and how they work are defined in the corresponding sections of this statement.
§ 4 SSL or TLS ENCRYPTION
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries you send to us as the site operator, this page uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the address line of the browser changing from "http://" to "https://", and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.
If SSL or TLS encryption is enabled, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
§ 5 ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AND OFFERS OF OUR WEBSITE
(1) In addition to the purely informational use of our website, we offer various services that you can use if interested. For this, you usually have to provide additional personal data, which we use to provide the respective service and for which the aforementioned principles of data processing apply.
(2) In part, we use external service providers to process your data. These have been carefully selected and commissioned by us, are bound by our instructions, and are regularly monitored.
(3) Furthermore, we may pass on your personal data to third parties if participation in promotions, sweepstakes, contract conclusions, or similar services are offered by us together with partners. You will receive more detailed information about this when you provide your personal data or below in the description of the offer.
(4) If our service providers or partners are located in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we inform you about the consequences of this circumstance in the description of the offer.
§ 6 OBJECTION OR REVOCATION AGAINST THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA

This applies if the processing is not necessary to fulfill a contract with you, which we explain in the following description of the functions. When exercising such an objection, please provide reasons why we should not process your personal data as we do. In the case of a justified objection, we will review the situation and either stop or adjust the data processing or explain our compelling legitimate reasons for continuing the processing.

§ 7 USE OF OUR WEBSHOP
(1) If you want to order in our webshop, it is necessary for the contract conclusion that you provide your personal data, which we need to process your order. Mandatory information required for contract processing is marked separately; other information is voluntary. We process the data you provide to handle your order. For this, we may pass your payment data to our house bank. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.
You can voluntarily create a customer account, through which we can save your data for future purchases. When creating an account under "My Account," the data you provide is stored with the option to revoke consent. You can always delete all other data, including your user account, in the customer area.
We may also process the data you provide to inform you about other interesting products from our portfolio or to send you emails with technical information.
(2) Due to commercial and tax regulations, we are required to store your address, payment, and order data for a period of ten years. However, after two years, we restrict the processing, meaning your data will only be used to comply with legal obligations.
(3) To prevent unauthorized third-party access to your personal data, especially financial data, the ordering process is encrypted using TLS technology.
(4) To facilitate payment processing, we use some payment service providers. Depending on the payment method you choose, personal data will be passed on to this service provider. This includes data necessary for processing the purchase, such as your master data (e.g. name, email address, address, etc.). In addition, the service provider also receives corresponding payment information, such as your account and bank details as well as corresponding TAN numbers.
It may happen that the payment service provider makes an inquiry with a credit agency. However, our company only receives information on whether the payment was confirmed or declined.
Further information can be found in the general terms and conditions as well as in the data processing information of the respective service providers.
We use these services to make contract processing as simple as possible. The legal basis is data processing for contract fulfillment (Art 6 I 1 b) GDPR) as well as our legitimate interests (Art 6 I 1 f) GDPR).

For this reason, we ask for your consent before these services are activated or the corresponding cookies are placed. If you do not wish this, you can refuse your consent. Then only technically necessary cookies will be placed; the respective services will not be activated.
§ 10 Online Marketing
We also process personal data for online marketing purposes with the services described below. We use these services to improve the user-friendliness of our site and to increase the findability of our site.
This also includes advertising content that we display to users if we use these services. If personal data and cookies from third-party providers are used, this only happens if you have given us your consent to store a cookie, Art. 6 I a 1) GDPR. You can of course revoke your given consent at any time in the privacy policy.
In addition, our legitimate interests under Art 6 I 1 f) GDPR are considered as the legal basis. It is in our financial and economic interest to design the site more appealingly for our user group and to increase the findability of our site.
The collected and stored data – especially the cookies – are generally only stored and used by us as long as necessary for the respective described purposes.
This website uses Mouseflow, a web analytics tool from Mouseflow ApS, Flaesketorvet 68, 1711 Copenhagen, Denmark. The data processing serves the purpose of analyzing this website and its visitors. For this purpose, data is collected and stored for marketing and optimization purposes. From this data, usage profiles can be created under a pseudonym. Cookies may be used for this. The Mouseflow web analytics tool records randomly selected individual visits (only with anonymized IP addresses). This creates a log of mouse movements and clicks with the intention of playing back individual website visits randomly and deriving potential improvements for the website. The data collected with Mouseflow is not used to personally identify the visitor of this website without the separately given consent of the person concerned and is not combined with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym. The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR due to the legitimate interest in direct customer communication and the needs-based design of the website. You have the right to object at any time to this processing of your personal data based on Art. 6 (1) f GDPR for reasons arising from your particular situation. To do this, you can globally disable recording on all websites that use Mouseflow for your currently used browser at the following link: https://mouseflow.de/opt-out/ If you are interested in a data processing agreement, you can conclude it with us directly online via RightSignature: https://mouseflow.de/gdpr/
ANALYSIS TOOLS:
USE OF GOOGLE ANALYTICS
(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet usage to the website operator.
The cookie set by Google is stored for 426 days and then deleted.
(2) The IP address transmitted by your browser to Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google.
(3) You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser settings; however, we point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website fully. Furthermore, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
(4) This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". This shortens IP addresses before processing, so personal identification can be excluded. If the data collected about you is personally identifiable, this is immediately excluded and the personal data is promptly deleted.
You can also prevent data collection by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set that prevents future data collection when visiting this website:
(5) We use Google Analytics to analyze the use of our website and to regularly improve it. Through the statistics obtained, we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. For exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, we base the processing on your explicit consent given via the consent banner according to Art 49 I 1 a) GDPR. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is your consent, Art 6 I 1 a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time.
(6) Information from the third party: Google Dublin, Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, Fax: +353 (1) 436 1001. Terms of use: http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html, overview of data protection: http://www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/learn/privacy.html, as well as the privacy policy: http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.
Use of Google Adwords Conversion
(1) We use the Google Adwords service to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising materials (so-called Google Adwords). We can determine the success of individual advertising measures in relation to the data from the advertising campaigns. Our goal is to show you advertising that is of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you, and to achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs.
(2) These advertising materials are delivered by Google via so-called "Ad Servers." For this purpose, we use Ad Server cookies, through which certain parameters for success measurement, such as the display of ads or clicks by users, can be measured. If you reach our website via a Google ad, a cookie is stored on your PC by Google Adwords. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not intended to personally identify you. The cookie is only placed after your consent. Typically, the following analysis values are stored with this cookie: the unique cookie ID, the number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), the last impression (relevant for post-view conversions), and opt-out information (marking that the user no longer wishes to be addressed).
(3) These cookies allow Google to recognize your internet browser. If a user visits certain pages of an AdWords customer's website and the cookie stored on their computer has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page. Each AdWords customer is assigned a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. We ourselves do not collect or process any personal data in the mentioned advertising measures. We only receive statistical evaluations from Google. Based on these evaluations, we can see which advertising measures are particularly effective. We do not receive any further data from the use of the advertising media, in particular, we cannot identify users based on this information.
(4) Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google's server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our knowledge: By integrating AdWords Conversion, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or not logged in, it is possible that the provider obtains and stores your IP address.
(5) You can prevent participation in this tracking procedure or revoke your consent in various ways: a) by adjusting your browser settings accordingly, in particular, blocking third-party cookies will prevent you from receiving ads from third-party providers; b) by disabling cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain "www.googleadservices.com", https://www.google.de/settings/ads, noting that this setting is deleted when you clear your cookies; c) by disabling interest-based ads from providers participating in the self-regulation campaign "About Ads" via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, noting that this setting is deleted when you clear your cookies; d) by permanently disabling in your browsers Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Google Chrome via the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. Please note that in this case, you may not be able to use all functions of this offer fully.
(6) The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. Further information on data protection at Google can be found here: http://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy and https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html. Alternatively, you can visit the website of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) at http://www.networkadvertising.org visit. It cannot be ruled out that Google transmits data to the USA for further processing. If this is the case, the legal basis for this data transfer is your explicit consent given via the consent banner, Art. 49 I 1 a) GDPR.
Remarketing
In addition to Adwords Conversion, we use the Google Remarketing application. This is a procedure with which we want to address you again. Through this application, after visiting our website, our advertisements may be displayed to you during your further internet use. This is done using cookies stored in your browser, through which your usage behavior when visiting various websites is recorded and evaluated by Google. This allows Google to determine your previous visit to our website. According to Google, the data collected during remarketing is not merged with your personal data that may be stored by Google. In particular, Google states that pseudonymization is used during remarketing.
(3) You can prevent participation in this tracking procedure or revoke your consent in various ways: a) by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly, in particular, suppressing third-party cookies means you will not receive ads from third-party providers; b) by disabling cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain "www.googleadservices.com", https://www.google.de/settings/ads, noting that this setting is deleted when you clear your cookies; c) by disabling interest-based ads from providers who are part of the self-regulation campaign "About Ads" via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, noting that this setting is deleted when you clear your cookies; d) by permanently disabling in your browsers Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Google Chrome via the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin.
It is not excluded that Google transmits data to the USA for further processing. If this is the case, the legal basis for this data transfer is your explicit consent given via the consent banner, Art. 49 I 1 a) GDPR.
§ 11 Convenience services:
Embedding of YouTube videos
(1) We have embedded YouTube videos in our online offer, which are stored on http://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website. These are all embedded in "enhanced privacy mode," meaning no data about you as a user is transmitted to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos are the data mentioned in paragraph 2 transmitted. We have no influence on this data transmission.
(2) By visiting the website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned in § 3 of this declaration is transmitted. If you are logged into Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. If you do not want the data to be linked to your YouTube profile, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube stores your data as user profiles and uses it for advertising, market research, and/or to tailor its website to your needs. Such analysis is carried out especially (even for users not logged in) to provide targeted advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, but you must address YouTube to exercise this right.
(3) Further information about the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by YouTube can be found in the privacy policy. There you will also find more information about your rights and settings options to protect your privacy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/types?hl=de. This may result in data transfer to Google's servers in the USA. The font information is stored in the browser's cache.
We integrate Google Fonts to make our website more appealing and visually consistent. The legal basis for data collection is Art 6 I 1 f) GDPR. More information about Google's data processing can be found in Google's privacy policy. https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de as well as in the FAQ on Google Web Fonts (English) https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq .

We use the so-called two-click solution. This means that when you visit our site, no personal data is initially transmitted to Google. We give you the option to communicate directly with the plugin provider via the button. Only if you click on the marked field and activate it does the plugin provider receive the information that you have accessed the corresponding website of our online offer, and Google Maps is enabled for use.
(2) By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned in § 3 of this declaration is transmitted. This happens regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged into Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. If you do not want the assignment to your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for advertising, market research, and/or tailored design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out especially (even for users not logged in) to provide tailored advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, but you must contact Google to exercise this right.
(3) Further information about the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the provider's privacy policies. When using the service, your IP address and possibly other data are transmitted to Google's servers to determine whether the use of the contact form is by a human and not by an automated service. The legal basis for data collection is Art 6 I 1 f) GDPR. Information about cookies, including from other Google services (such as Google Analytics, Gmail, etc.), is also queried. The data collection is subject to the different privacy policies of Google. More information about Google Captcha's privacy policies can be found at www.google.com/policies/privacy/.
