RETURNS

The instructions for the return process are only a recommendation. However, they are not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal. To ensure faster processing, we ask you to return the item in the original shoe box and not to use it as a shipping box. 

Excluded from returns/refunds are:
Worn, soiled, and washed clothing/shoes

  1. Open returns portal
    Below and in your customer account, you will find the button to access the returns portal. Here you can select which items, how many of them, and for what reason you want to return them.
    If you want to claim a product because it is damaged, you can also add pictures and descriptions in the second step of this portal.

  2. Return label and return shipping label
    After you have completed all steps in the returns portal, you can view the return form and return label. You can print these out, or have the return label printed at the DHL branch using the QR code. You will also receive this by email.

  3. Drop off at the nearest post office / DHL branch
    Simply drop off the package at the nearest post office / DHL branch. Either with the return label you printed out or by printing the label on site using the QR code.

  4. Checking your return
    Once your return has arrived with us, we usually refund you within 5 business days after successful inspection.
