RETURNS

The instructions for processing returns are provided for your guidance only. However, they are not a mandatory requirement for effectively exercising your right of withdrawal. To ensure faster processing, we ask that you return the item in its original shoe box and not use it as a shipping box.

The following are excluded from returns/refunds:
Worn, soiled, or washed clothing/shoes

 

Step 1 – Access the Returns Portal
Click the button at the bottom of this page or in your customer account to access our Returns Portal. There, select your order, mark the items you wish to return, and specify the reason for the return. If necessary (e.g., for complaints), you can also upload photos. You will then receive an email with all further details.

Step 2 – Retrieve the return label
In the email, you’ll find the “Print Return Label” button. Clicking it will take you back to the returns portal, where you can access your shipping label and QR code. You can print the label yourself or have it printed at a DHL branch using the QR code.


Step 3 – Ship the package
Ideally, pack the items in the original box and place it inside an additional shipping box to prevent damage. You can then drop off the package at a DHL branch or Packstation.


Step 4 – Inspection & Refund
Once the goods are received, your return will be carefully inspected. The refund is usually processed within 5 business days after inspection via the original payment method. In some cases, processing may take up to 10 business days. If we have any questions, we will contact you via email.
